ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

ART. 3
COMMITMENTS OF THE PARTIES IN GENERAL

3.3 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal.
This legal withdrawal period of 14 days only applies to products purchased online.

3.4 – Product return procedure

4.2.3 – Guarantee
Ethanol Starflex® and 2.0 Wifi® boxes are guaranteed for a period of 2 years with the possibility of extending to 5 years at an additional cost.
The warranty contract only concerns Ethanol Starflex® and 2.0 Wifi® boxes. If a customer notices a problem with one of our boxes and returns it to us, the warranty provides for the repair or replacement of it after the fault has been noted in our workshops.

If it is necessary to disassemble and reassemble our products, labor costs are charged to the customer who returned the product to us. Only normal use of the product allows use of the warranty, which would become void in the event of defective assembly or not carried out by a professional who has taken care to check the good condition and overall proper functioning of the vehicle.

In all areas and particularly in those defined by articles 1641 et seq. of the civil code, our guarantees are limited to the sole replacement of defective elements or products as well as shipping or transport costs. The customer is responsible for any costs related to the assembly and dismantling of the product. Our company cannot under any circumstances be required to pay damages whatever the reason.

PARADIGME85 assumes no responsibility for any malfunction or engine damage which may occur subsequent to the installation of the ethanol kit or its accessories. Our company will not offer any guarantee in the following cases: force majeure, negligence or lack of maintenance, improper use, defective assembly or carried out by a person without professional skills.

www.boitier-e85.com offers a warranty of 2 (two) years or 5 (five) years depending on the option chosen against any manufacturing defect, under the following conditions:

  • In all cases the guarantee can only be applied after examination of the items concerned by the boitier-e85.com after-sales service.
  • If it is necessary to disassemble and reassemble our products, labor costs are charged to the customer who returned the product to us.

In the event of a dispute concerning the application of these conditions of sale, only the commercial court of Aix en Provence (France) will have jurisdiction.

4.3 – Transfer of Risk
The liability of boitier-e85.com ceases as soon as the items are handed over to the carrier. Items travel at the customer's sole risk.

4.4 – Reservations upon receipt of products and restrictive cases of reimbursement/replacement
