Product return request

All return requests must be submitted in advance to our customer service by filling out the form below; you will then receive an RMA number by email which must be included in your package.


If your request concerns a refund following a withdrawal, upon receipt of the RMA number you will have 10 days to return the product(s) to us provided that this request is made within 14 days of receiving the order and that the products are new in their original closed packaging, without any signs of wear, ready for resale, otherwise we will not be able to accept the refund.
