Product return request

Any return request requires making a request in advance to our customer service by completing the form below, you will receive an RMA number by email that will need to be inserted in your package.


If your request concerns a refund following a withdrawal, upon receipt of the RMA number you will have 10 days to return the product(s) to us provided that this request occurs within 14 days following receipt of the order and that the products are new in their original closed packaging, without traces of wear, ready for resale, otherwise we will not be able to accept a refund.
